Dewi's Famous Amos.....Cookies

hari raya is just around corner...and literaly...yeah i am dead with the tons of house chores....soooo one of it...is baking my choc chips cookies where my nieces and nephews are craving for..and not forgetting even my dearest teslian mate,,the hot mama mimi also wants some...sooo extra extra cookies....

anyway...lately there are rumours saying the Golden Churn Butter may not be Halal....oh well..another rumours for the islam to start worrying.....even my mom who works in the Jamiyah Islamic Centre had started to worry too much...until she decided to use another brand of butter for dis year kueh raya...oh dear.....i just hope dis is just a stupid rumour from the xxxxxx to condemn the muslim celebration..yuppp it is...the Singapore Government had yet assure that the Golden Churn butter is free from any animal gelatin and is safe for the muslim to consume..ohh dear...mama have bought a lot of australian butter...soooo without complaining...i startes doing my job....

sooo dis year decided to start baking around 12 midnyte..on a time when people usually choose to stay in the kitchen...hahahha..unless yeah u r a well known baker and u have tons of order waiting....due to my swolen gums...i decided to bake at nyte...as at night,,my tooth treat me nicer than the day..hehehehe.....

sooooo from 12.......1....2...3...4...5....oh god....ya allah...there is stillhalf bucket more..masyaallah.....sooo guess...i'll continue tomorrow...hehehehe =)
